You know just because using the world “perfeomance” in the Lair can make things get weird.

 

i work for a large company, and i'm in the division that handles the largest automotive groups in the country so we have strong relationships. whenever i get a new account and i go in cold and say where i'm from, i usually get bumped to the front of the line of people waiting to see the GM

 

My recommendation is a Subaru Legacy or Impreza. I think that's a good call on the automatic, because it makes commuting in traffic loads easier. I don't remember if your truck is an auto or not, but mines a manual so it's perfect as a non DD.

I just bought a 3 family that I'll live in. FHA loan. Rent covers my mortgage 100%. This is my first rental. I've done numerous flips in the past. I love this industry and everything about it. It's a headache but I love it.
