Mine never stopped!

 

That’s bad ass to be able to heat and chill. I think I’m going to add solar plus get a cover. My pools been cold since September (it’s only 10,000 gallons) so I’m looking at all options for next year. I should of done it when I had it put in, but I was being kinda cheap as I don’t plan to stay in this house forever.

I just got the S7 Edge preowned a few weeks ago. I really like it. IPhones are over rated. Samsung's kick their ass in hardware and software test.

When they hire additional workers for the holiday season it’s easier to rent vehicles then buy extras to have them sit around the other 11 months of the year.

It’s almost like how Amazon uses the other delivery company that just pays people to deliver so they will pull up in plain clothes in a Honda Fit dropping off boxes.

I've bought and sold my share of houses, and my agent and lender have done THOUSANDS. This is a first for all of us.

The previous owner (wife) through the house Friday night announcing she thought it was hers. She was very confused and had a lost smile on her face. I thought it was a drunk neighbor (wished, she wasn't bad, about 45 yo). @2ndGenJonny, his girl, me, and my girl were sitting around the fire having a discussion about cinnamon and safety. Anyway, we walked back into the house talking to her. She was out there. "Where's my stuff" I thought this was mine... and so on. I kept calm, explained things and asked the big question of "How did you get in?" She said "My key, that's why I thought it was my house, I'm confused". I had her show me the key and asked her to use it, it worked, and I said "You realize you're going to have to give that to me!" Fortunately she did without trouble. I asked if she drove because I thought with her NON SLURRED speech, and she could walk straighter than I, she must have been black out drunk. She said she walked. At that point she left, walked out to the cul-de-sac, got in her Jeep Patriot and drove away!

Saturday, I'm putting drinks into my Dometic Fridge in the kitchen while GF is in a bedroom cleaning. All of a sudden, my interior garage door opens, and in she walks. "Hey John" she says. Same goofy look of confusion on her face. I say, "Hi Leslie, How are you feeling today?" figuring she was sobered up and wanted to apologize. NOPE!!!! "John, who are you? Where is my stuff, and if this is your place, where is your stuff? Where are your dogs?" I'm thinking, fuck! This chick is really whack!!!! I explain everything. Janee comes out and I introduce them so everyone is aware of who's who.... and this bitch takes a tour of the house, then walks right back out the garage door, and we watch her get in her jeep and drive off!

Locks were not changed yet as I just finished closing (an entire other nightmare) and nothing is in the house but a few spare tools, my fridge, and cleaning stuff. I'm also replacing the front and side doors, so I didn't want to double duty the labor. When we left, we made sure all was locked, and the safety chain was on the front door.

I call the police to file a report, cause if shit gets ugly, I need documentation. After 2.5 hours waiting, I call the police back (non emergency #) and tell them I'm leaving for Fountain Hills, and next time I'm in Mesa, I'll call back. So, I don't even go there Sunday. Had to pay bills, and do stuff at "home". We head over there Monday late afternoon. As I'm installing the new digital locks, I realize the door trim is all separated from the wall. Someone attempted a forced entry (using a key) but the door chain actually held (with some damage) Sunday or Monday. I installed my smart lock and front door cameras yesterday. She has my attention for sure... and once again I am carrying. The police did come out. The officer shared some very "interesting" stories and now I'm really aware of my surroundings.

The back end is they are separated. So, she lost her house, husband, and also lost custody of her child, so I assume (big assumption) that she just snapped sometime after closing. Although I was not at closing (used a notary while in Colorado), according to all that were there, she was 100% competent at closing (at one point she said she didn't remember signing any papers!) According to the neighbors, the cops were there more than once recently for domestic issues. I feel terrible for her situation, but I am done with the niceness. She comes out again and shows herself to me, I'm calling 911 and bear hugging that morsel till they arrive. If she tries anything else, I hope to make a good point, and pray it doesn't have to be hallow! #theh Now, Friday night when all this started (or when we think it started, no telling for real how many times she was there), ya'll were invited, so simmer down. You could have been part of the problem, I mean solution!!!

I'll be off and on here as I have an ass ton of work to get done before moving in. I'm moving 15 - 17 if anyone is bored. I understand it's a busy time of the year. I am hosting Christmas this year and have family flying in the 21st.

Time to head to Mesa!!!!
