I have the BAMF plates at the house and will do CMC if I go to 35s.

Sounds good man, TBH worst case you can just take a sawzall and start cutting. My buddy is on 34s and he barely clears with almost cutting the whole cab mount area. Im still worried I might rub a little, but I will find out on Saturday.

I smash the top of my fender wells on hard hits. I've banged everything out, pulled the liners and cut the fenders. Still sometimes magically rub. I'm on generals though and they are about true to their size. If you pull the liners you'll have to figure out what to do about your air box.

There's no harm in cutting the cab mount and not plating/ boxing it for a while. If you're dead set on doing it ahead of time just cut the thing off and run it open until you have time to verify it'll work, then we'll it up.

@Glenn_R When I did mine I bought a 5th for a full size spare and used that for clearing purposes so I could still run all 4 previous tires till the project was done. I'm sure your local craigslist has at least 1 315 you could mount till you pull the trigger on the rest.

Thanks for sharing I have haunted your build thread a few times. What do the tires measure at on the truck?

haha, I've never measured them personally but the site says 35" on the dot. I'll measure them when I get home from work this weekend. As far as the intake goes I haven't had an issue whatsoever. I did buy a black prefilter for the K&N so that helps. Whenever I clean it, its not "bad" but I clean it pretty often.

Well if you got those problems then I will probably start grenading shit with my LT. I guess like everything else...just smash shit till it clears.

We could go like the big boys and just weld a tube from the back of the fender well to the front of the engine bay and cut out all the stuff in between.
