Made everything fit correctly on Jordan's build. We had an issue because the charcoal canister filter was cracked (aka vacuum leak)

If you need the DXF or plate let me know bro!

Ayeeeeeeeee, I know you've had hands on with this! Would you recommend buying after market or did the OEM route go okay for the 2nd gen?

Looks legit! Nice adapter plate and you're good to go. This is the route I want to go but the 32 gal cell I have is deeper than the stock tank so I'm thinking the fuel level sender and pump might need some extensive mods to reach the bottom of the tank

Yours looks like this? Easy, just cut the two rod looking things and weld in a little piece to extend them. Then you will have to get a new rubber hose (backside of photo) since it will hang down a little farther, and looks like plenty of wiring so wont need to extend that. Then just bend the little rod holding the float for fuel level so it reaches top and bottom and everything should work fine

Very similar for 2005+, and same adjustments apply. Cool beans.

All this input will be enough to get going! Thank you fellas

Honestly I would probably just ditch it an go aftermarket if your willing to spend the money.

It's the same deallio on the second gens. You will have to extend the wires, rods, longer spings, new hoses, and bend the float arm to extend the reading range.

Know anybody with a spare optima sitting around? I give you money and some files :thumbsup::thumbsup:

OEM pump doesn't look like that lol

I haven't seen a second gen pump with metal top yet.

32 gallon jaz jeepspeed. You can get it with just shell and bladder if you are making your own fill plate and its cheaper that how its usually listed with fuel pump etc. I just liked the shape on that one vs the normal square ones

Random question...Im getting dirties installed on Saturday and already got a big CMC done a while ago in the idea that I ever went up to 35s. With being 3.5, should I assume Im going to be bashing up the bottom of my fender wells with the tops of the tires?

Did Your fill plate come out larger than the one that comes with? Did you have to modify the bladder???

When you buy it raw the shell has the oval hole but the bladder is still complete, no holes in the bladder at all. The fill plate I bought fit the hole in the shell perfect. I used the gasket for the fill plate to trace on the bladder and cut and drill holes to fit
