    Yeah he is a great recruiter. He was the main recruiter for the nations #1 OLB this upcoming class and another 5* the past year. I could see the kid flipping and following Sherrer to TN.

    He also developed Leonard Floyd, Lorenzo, and Bellamy.

    Dabo has already been offered a bama job, refused it. He has said publically that the only way he can see himself leave is if Clemson doesn't want him anymore. Venables has said time and again, while he was at Oklahoma, that he has no ambition to be a head coach. I could see the offensive coordinators go elsewhere, only because I haven't heard their ambitions, but both are former Clemson players and have ZERO reason to go anywhere.

    Edit: Coaches leave because their desires/ambitions aren't met at their current employer. I'm pretty sure Dabo and Venables have exactly what they want. The offensive coordinators- look up who one's father is and the other's connection to Dabo and you'll see there's no way in hell they leave either.

    He is uncomfortable. He's the oldest dude in the room by 20 years or more, and he clearly doesn't want to be doing this shit, instead of prepping for Clemson...lol.


    Lock his ass in a film room with food and water and leave him there for eternity. That's where he is happy.
