    Had to pay the VA approved inspector but that was it from what I remember. Did the house in my name so if we want to buy another we can do it in my wife’s name and use it again.

    You can do a second VA loan if the first is paid off, or using what ever residual between your current loan and your regional max is..

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    second VA loan incurs a cost, at least it did for mine. bought a house w/ it. sold the house years later and paid it off. bought a new house 6 months later and had to pay a flat 6% or something to use it again.

    Interesting. We used our first had the 6-7% fees tacked on. Sold the house and used a second last fall. This time with no fees because I'm now service connected.

    I bought my second house with a VA a loan while I still owned the first, also bought with a VA loan. The only stipulation was the second house had to cost more than $140,001 (never got an explanation on that) and the combined amount of the two loans couldn’t exceed the regional cap which was $600k or something ridiculous like that.
