I was welding at 5/45 as the cover says to do with steel .30 wire, 75/25 gas, & 3/16” material.

    No Bueno?

Wire speed was below 30 in the pic I quoted.
    5/45 Sounds better.
Angry bees sound means all good.

I like the “angry bees” reference for proper sound. Thanks for that.

I've had one for a few years now, you want to make sure you get something with a timer. I'll take a pic when i get home and see what i have.

I'm reading the install instructions right now of this seal.

The flat adhesive side attaches to the bottom of my Bestop rails right?

And the two "bulbs" are face down onto the top of the truck's bedside plastic cap right?

Yeah. Instructions say to install with cap off and upside down.
Don't really want to do that.
    But should I?

So how much snow is forecast anyway? It must not be much or I'd have all kinds of panicked coworkers. It's amusing to see the varying reactions, where the farther away from the shore and uphill you travel, the more snow that is required to get a response. Snow used to be fun for me all the time, now it's mostly a PITA, with brief moments of enjoyment. This paycheck addiction is killing me.
