so, i realized that im overdue for my front/rear diff oil changes based on the scheduled maintenance thing. I remember you saying there was a specific oil that your supposed to run in the diffs and Tcase, what was it?

Edit: also, was it fluid film you are using to treat your frame, or something else? and where did you buy it?

Yup. Its usually $7.99 at vatozone and advanced auto. But neither ever has enough for me to do the job. So i have to go to all five stores in my county to get enough to do both diffs and tcase

Also, use an allen wrench and a pipe on the front diff drain plug

 

Yeah. Makes sense to just order it and then I'll have enough for two full changes. Also, wasn't there crush washers that needed to be replaced as well? I remember seeing them, but neither tutorial on this site makes a mention of them.

That seems right, there's 6 gaskets in the kit, and 6 fill plugs total.
