I ran 32/28 with my 285's, and still wore the tread in the center slightly.

You don't happen to have any pics of a longed truck with your shortbed rack (46"), and an RTT roughly 56" in length, do you?
I'm looking to still be able to flip up the rear portion of my tonneau while the rack and RTT are mounted.
Also wondering how advised adding ~600lbs is on your non-premium rack, along with the tonneau cover brackets.

I don't think we have any pics of that scenario, but it's interesting.

You should be ok with that load as long as you aren't doing any Dukes of Hazzard jumps.

I always leave Luke and Bo at home when I go out (it's better/cheaper that way). I'll have to consider that rack then; I assume it's much more stable than the hi-rise crossbars, especially for use with RTTs.

Not necessarily. Those Hi Rise Crossbars are super solid, and their low profile aids in stability.

Forgive me I haven't looked into your web site at this time but do you have a rack that will work with a best top? I'll have to check your site out later

Which tonneau cover do you have. I have been looking to do the exact same thing as you. I have the bakflip mx4. Was debating on the KB voodoo short bed rack with my long bed so I could open the rear as well.

The same shit everyone else has.
I'm currently on day number 10 without my truck.

I'm slowly getting comfortable driving my loaner Doge Ram.

    I'm starting to worry.
