As long as you install them right why would there be any buzzing? Make sure you tighten the baffle to the door and the speaker to the baffle and there will be no noise.

I also highly encourage some weather stripping or another sealer be used between the baffle and the door as well as between the baffle and the speaker for a proper seal.

Like I said, rattling will occur when you have two hard objects vibrating against each other. You can stop this by ensuring that the two pieces fit flush/dont move and or putting something soft between them. I'd recommend doing both. Make sure your baffles are well tightened and use some sort of gasket like weather stripping between them and the door. A neat little trick is to use GE Silicone II for sealing. You lay down a line of it on the baffle, let it dry completely, then install...BAM...perfect seal.

if you use ge silicone 2 like stylin said just wait for it to dry. If you use ge silicone 1, let it dry 24 hours because there is a chemical in there that can ruin your speakers. I forget what the chemical is called but it's only a factor within 24 hours before the silicone has cured. I used to work for ge silicones.

I used the PVC mounts from crutchfield and have no rattles, but I did put pieces of dynamat between them and the door.
