I am almost afraid to see that as then I would most likely have to do it myself.

Oh I'm thinking in the spring you just might see it, a nice semi gloss black at that. Only problem is then the bug gaurd won't look right and will have to go but might just look really good with this front end

For a PreRunner, this thing kicked ass today. Drove from Cullowhee to arden NC with 10 bags of sand and some patience and cruised all the way home.
43284A9F-9A33-48AC-BC37-0DDF49785EDD.jpg I Crested a hill saw a bunch of cars stuck. I wasn’t going fast but it was so slick I couldn’t stop. It was either hit 3 cars or throw it in the ditch. I went with ditch method and the only thing hurt was my pride. Nothing more embarrassing then getting passed by a bunch of people in the ditch. Truck doesn’t have a scratch on it, neither do the wheels. I’m pretty shocked it came out with no damage. 2 3rd gens passed me and didn’t even look at me, bastards. I was ready for who ever pulled up with a townstrap in my hand. A nice guy in a duramax came to the rescue. E59C7FD4-1107-46CA-A6F0-E128061CA043.jpg BF4652A9-4012-4459-B027-610BA019EF2C.jpg
Got home and traded the taco for the expedition and went and rescued Mom. Slid off the road into a yard in her X5 and was more stuck than I was. Slapped the expedition in 4lo and came right out. God I love that 4x4 switch. Wish I had one

That’s what I said. Standing here with a strap in my hand ready to hook up to who ever wants to pull me and those all holes drive by and don’t even make eye contact. Guess then dumbasses don’t get the Tacoma family thing

Too many 3rd gen drivers never owned a previous gen to appreciate helping a fellow Tacoma owner out. Just sad really.

You got a point. Not all 3rd gen owners are ass holes but they never waive or acknowledge 2nd gens

Truth :ballchain: Except for those that get the CPU flash and truly unleash the 3.5L Atkinson.

I’ve wanted to go to a dealer and drive one just to say I’ve done it. Wanna see the difference. I have heard their dogs. Have high numbers but only at high rpm

I drove a couple when the 16's were just coming out hence why I have a second gen. Nice trucks but they felt too much bigger for me and just not nearly as peppy. I tested a 4cyl automatic 2nd vs 3rd gen and v6 automatice 2nd gen vs 3rd and I preffered a second gen in either case but that's just me

I’ve seen them so a comparison with TFL and the 2nd gen blew its doors off and 1st gen won as well. Kinda sad. Brand new truck and gets it ass woooed by its older brothers

Un-spliced the thimble on my new Warn winch line and spliced in the Factor 55 flat link with their rope spool . Tried the Factor 55 splice method; then I tried the locked Brummell method which I like better. I see why Warn used this method.
Then I spooled it all up on the winch.
