I drove in from Alabama yesterday. All was fine to Canton, which I got to about 5:30.

From there, I was in 4WD all the way to Cumming. It took almost an hour - 20 mph most of the way. I had to go around 2 groups of stuck people (I couldn't stop to help them, as I was towing my teardrop.)

I have nothing but good to say about my KO2s - they are snow rated tires, and perform well in the snow.

Is the truetrac a limited slip or locker?

How was it in the snow?

The TruTrac is a gear-driven limited slip. Gear driven, no clutches to wear out.

Conditions were so slippery last night, I never actually felt it working. I felt different wheels slipping and getting traction, but never felt the TT engage - I'm sure it was working overtime.

Really, the only time I have ever felt it engage was turning on a wet road. You never really feel it, it just works.

Have you had it in a good axle twister scenario? After this weekend not going full time locker anymore. Electric, arb, or limited slip only

Not on this truck - but I have in my Ranger.

It is not a locker - if a tire is slipping or in the air, you may need to assist the LS with the brake pedal.

    Scotch is whiskey, though...

all scotch is whiskey, but not all whiskey is scotch (same for bourbon):

whiskey: alcohol made from fermented grain mash (barley, corn, rye, or wheat)
Scotch: whiskey made in Scotland...must be mostly made from barley
bourbon: whiskey made from at least 51% corn
