Are any of you involved with your local threads? I've pretty much dropped out of all of it and just unsatisfied with my local TW community.Hell I get on here and just bounce around all the time just trying to find something of interest. Other than this thread I'm not really anywhere much. For a long time I thought alot of the ones around here were jerks but anymore I'm leaning toward it just being me that's an asshole. Don't get me wrong I've met some great people along the way around here like James @Wild Crow , Tim @Salty_Dog ,and one in particular whose been a friend and I've enjoyed helping him with truck and house projects but even we don't talk much anymore as I've figured out I must just be aggrevating so I just stay to myself. TBH if it wasn't for this thread and a few other people on here I'd delete my threads and say bye. Maybe it's because I'm alot older than most around here or maybe I'm just a jerk they don't want to deal with. Idk and at this point don't much care. I was excited at first because i wanted to be involved in things and meet others with a common interest and ones who like to work. I'm thankful for the ones I have met but find most of it disappointing. It only makes sense to me now if most of these guys like the way things go on then it's my idea that's wrong.

I hang around on the New England BS thread. There's a decent group of folks there. Lots of off topic BS and they all seem to respect each other.

Been to some of the New England meets and came away with positive vibes.
(even though I'm double the age of quite a few of them).

pretty good so far. The white shows up brake dust worse but not a big deal. I've got a couple I need to repaint because I must not have cleaned out all the corosion on the aluminum and still need to paint the spare to match. I kinda thought about painting them red but will probably leave them white. I picked up the soft top from a guy here a couple of months ago wh had traded in his truck so he gave me a good deal.
