The one I read says it still has one more vote before it goes to trump but hopefully I’m wrong and it’s just a matter of trump

No not yet. Has to pass Senate and then los angles can still be pricks about it but this is a step in the right direction. There are lots of places in California that will issue ccw permits but mostly middle California

How can you recommend against the Hammer hangers when you haven't seen what changing the location does?
It bolts in factory rivet holes, but the shackle pivot is rearward.
This is the quality shipping out now

Many people went to a shackle flip to increase droop, because with a lot of aftermarket springs that are longer, you cannot get the shackle to rotate down fully. Knowing this issue, I designed the Hammer hangers with the shackle pivot rearward so that the shackles have a better chance of dropping out, potentially adding inches to droop. People might notice I push the boundaries with my designs, because why go to all the trouble to install hangers or shock relocation and not take advantage of some improved geometry.

    Thanks, Eric
