Looks awesome, but I don’t think that is a Z Series. Maybe a V series? Or a CX? The Z has the rear glass hinge on the inside of the shell and different style side windows. There should be a model/serial plate on the inside somewhere.

Either way, for $800 installed, that’s a great deal! And color-wise, looks pretty dang close to me!

 

No it's definitely the Z-Series. That's what the dealer told me so I'll stick with that but thank you for the compliment!

 

Yeah I think you're right, looking at other pics of them. They also wrap down the sides to cover the bed rails. Not like it ultimately matters at this point, unless @TacoTacoma97 wanted to go back and bitch and get some money back, since the Z series are generally more expensive.

 

Well shells are anywhere from 1400-3000 new depending on the year/condition/brand/added goodies so 800 for a shell that looks sleek on my truck is just A-O-K in my book. Plus the installation was included in the 800 so I win.

1. My new 2017 Taco. Mag grey limited. Installed heritage grill and A.R.E. CX Truck cap. Very happy with how it turned out. Fits lines of truck way better than fleer IMO. I installed strip led lighting myself using a anchor glue gun. Motion Sensors works perfectly and turns off after 6-7 seconds. The sensors are not ,however, sensitive enough for leaves blowing around or cargo shifting to activate. I will attach led product I used below as well.
