I wish I had gone with the OR. Now I have to add a rear-locker.

I’m still here. I saw suspension as OME or Bilstein. Any chance you’d soring for those fancy OME what are they called BP51’s or something.

@twheat40 Nice looking 4R and great looking Husky! I've got a 6-7 month old Husky/GSD I rescued a few months ago. I've got a DCSB Tacoma with very little room for a crate so to keep him out of the front I made a custom lead that attaches to the rear lower seat belt bolts. He can move window to window and also rest his head on the center console right next to me. It also keeps him from jumping out the window when were cruising around.

Thanks! Yeah we tried the lead in the back seat. She would just pace non-stop and bug the crap out of us in the front. The crate has made car rides much easier. And cleaner because I don't have fur all over the 4R.

Thats a good point. I feel like I'm in a snow globe from his fur flying around with the windows down. I usually brush him before we head out to cut it down. He loves hanging out the window as long as we are under 50 mph. He'll paw at the window and talk to me so I'll open it for him regardless of the weather. I can get him to stop if its not a good time to open the windows but then he gets made at me and pouts. Hes really good in the truck though. Most of the time he just lays down and sleeps till we stop.

Mine slipped his first harness but I realized before he could jump out. I would be terrified if he jumped out when driving. I tried a different brand/style of harness and he hasnt been able to slip out of it. He did try jumping out of the truck when I pulled up to my friends house and the lead kept him from completely getting out the window. His back paws did scratch up the door as he was hanging 1/2 out the window though. :facepalm:I shortened his lead after that so he cant get that far anymore. He also started just sitting at the window since hes big enough he can see out and feel the wind blowing in his face.

I've heard good things about the BP51's. My only issue is I've been told that to adjust the height they have to be removed from the vehicle and coils removed with a special coil compressor. Basic coil compressors dont work on them.

LOL. My plan for now is the 5100's with 885's. nice and cheap and still decent.
She scares me when I have windows down in other peoples car. I hold onto her with a death grip. but the cage makes it nice and worry-free.

The 5100's should work well. I went with OME's to be budget friendly since kings/icons were out fo my budget with everything I had been ordering at the time. Billies would have saved me a few $'s and been equally as good. I plan on upgrading to kings/ADS/Icon one day but thats a couple years away. Too many other upgrades I would still like to get done first and the OME does what I need for now.

Yeah. I would love a set of kings. But that is way outside of my budget.

    Thank you!

Cleaned up the rig from all the salt this week. Finally took some time to clean the inside too. Decided to try out the camera lens I got for my phone.
