Haven’t had the chance to go out there yet. Been stuck with the little places further south and LBL. What’s it like?

We have a group going tomorrow. Planning to be there around 9am. It’s my first time, so don’t know what to expect, other than all the good things I’ve heard from others. For reference, It’s almost the same size as LBL, but is dedicated solely to off-roading.

Believe me, I would love to, but I'm in the process of rebuilding at the moment.
I expect to see pics of how it went!

That sounds like experience talking.? I never visited the Asian Pacific area, but there were plenty of diseases to be had in all the other regions of the world I’ve been, so I totally relate.

The rest of you have fun at Windrock today. Don't fall off a mountain or anything.

    Help me diagnose, please.

Hit windrock yesterday. On the way home I noticed a whine (from the engine bay area, I think) that appeared sometime that day. The sound was not there before the trip.

The whine is almost not noticeable at idle and increases with throttle. The whine disappears completely when I mash the clutch.

    Any ideas?

Probably a pulley. Noise increases with throttle, then when you mash the clutch in, it "quits" when the rpms drop. Hit any deep mud holes?
