There $225 online at discount tire for that size in a c load and $232 for the e load. That’s still only $900 new from the tire shop. I’m having trouble with the math.

edit; I guess from Cali taxes could be a bitch. What’s is it, 8.5% now?

Crap sorry guys for not replying. My alerts were turned off by accident. So yes they are a set of 5 as one is a brand new spare. Like I said ran for only under 300 miles. With my lift I just wanted bigger tires so went with 285/70/17. Not saying these aren't great tires at all. I could run on my jeep but running 33's right now also.

Oops my bad I don't think I ever got that message. Yeah 285's definitely fill those wheel well's well. But I definitely feel it more in the gas mileage.

That’s why I went down from 285’s because of MPG. MPG is pretty damn good with the 265’s. I know a lot of people says it’s only 1 MPG but it seems like more to me. This time I’m gonna try the 285’s in a C. They’re a few lbs lighter than the E
