Only within the first hour. It takes 3-4 hours to bond correctly to the surface then you can power wash it if you want. Plus when it comes to self applicating products the quality of the work comes from the applicator. If you aren’t preparing the surface properly or applying it correctly then you will get crap results.

Finally, an unambiguous criterion. I'll try this on my colored led dash lights and report back.

How does this stuff hold up to washing? Does it peel or scrape off when your using a brush or going through a drive through car wash?

If you do 3 coats yes. If you want a durable hold I would recommend 8-10 coats.

i did my pinch weld, brush on, about 3 pretty thick coats. that was about 4 months ago with wheeling and washing both by hand and a drive thru twice. no damage at all to the dip... which surprised me honestly and I'm happy with that!

I have heard hear and there about wheels but never done them myself. They held up pretty well? What about the nuts and around the threads?
