So , Gabriel is getting the doctor back to the Hilltop , what are the chances he has some way to save Carl , assuming the Alexandria gang ends up there

Need a little help. I had to bail for work and missed the last 30 mins. Last I saw Neal got shot in the car and they were all handing their weapons back. Negan was talking to Carl on top of the gate and then I got a brief look at Haircut spraying something in the face of a guy watching over father what's his face, then spraying it in his face??

What was in the spray?
How did the saviors kill all the walkers when they got in. I thought they were already low on ammo.
What was the final scene?

 

Not spraying. He was taking the oxygen mask off of him.

 

Looked like he was spraying them wit some kinda antidote

 

Pretty sure it was just water to get their attention.

Nil. Gimple speaks about it on Talking Dead. He didn't say this but I expect Carl isn't going back to Hilltop.

Maybe they drop him from the helicopter into Negan's hideout after he's gone.

Just kidding, for the most part, I liked Carl's character. It's such a departure I imagine it has to do with Riggs going to college/ wanting to do another project before becoming typecast. Maybe he's the next Ron Howard wanting to direct? I dunno but growing up in the business like he did with a good head on, the sky is the limit for his future. He may have had a very teen like character but off screen he's behaved very well considering. Hope the best for the kid.

 

I can't imagine his ailment not being used towards the battle with the Saviors, Negan particularly. He'll get his final stand.

 

I read his exit interview after I posted last night , it was not his idea to leave the show

 

I'd like to see an episode where somebody doesn't get the drop on Rick.

 

I want to know what Eugene's plan was to break out the Saviours

Wow. I know there is a camp that has said they'd like to see a completely different cast change but I didn't (not this show). Especially because you know, comic. I guess if this thread discourages discouraging remarks I'll leave out my view of Gimple's decision.


Will quote Riggs Father from his Facebook page though.

This means the show could really make a left turn and The Saviors could win "All Out War" making Negan the new protagonist. Hmmm.

If they're going to rip up the comic I could go for that. He's the most complex character they've had. Well, besides Daryl. That could work too.
