    Damn. This isn’t that bad.

    With some help from the wife, looks like the PS tensioner is the cause of the noise, but apparently the AC idler is gone too. Go ahead and get them both while I’m at it.

    Probably press in a new bearing if I can find one rather than buying a whole new pulley.

    Edit- thank you all for the troubleshooting tips.

    Buy new, spend the time you would have spent changing the bearing drinking beer.

    What I noticed with these trucks is 99% of the time it's the simplest part (usually cheapest) causing the problem. "Change your alternator, ac compressor, ps pump and do the timing belt while your at it just to be on the safe side" the internet says, but usually it's a $12 idler pulley.
