    Not Enough.
    Same problem I'm having. I've got $150 of BTC right now I was hoping to trade for LTC but I'm still waiting for it to hit Coinbase. Oh well... I'm still up on everything I've got a piece of.

    When I set up at coinbase I sent a picture of my ID and linked my bank with a debit card and was approved for instant purchase (which I did). The only downfall is it's only $250 / week limit. I'm waiting on approval from a couple of sites that will accept CAD and have a bigger limit.

    Anyone want to sell some BTC or LTC? I'm guessing not since they are taking off right now but figured I'd ask.

    Who here has successfully pulled money out of coinbase/gdax and successfully deposited USD into an actual bank account?

    I put some money in (from CC) bought bitcoin and litecoin and seen my "investment" double but as proof-of-concept, I'd like to know if I can get it back out in spendable USD.

    If someone's actually done this can you shed some light on the process? Fees? Anything to watch out for or be aware of?

    Selling is really easy to do. Just like the buy button, there is a sell button. You will need to link a bank account to deposit the money into.

    I suggest to declare the sales on your tax return. I know many who don't, but I personally don't want to be convicted of a felony.

    I think your normal income tax bracket applies if you sell within 1 year. If sold past one year, then capital gains tax applies.
