So, I have a 2017 Taco Pro and noticed that when my bed is carrying some weight (tent, cooler, etc) that I found the rear of the truck to seemingly bottom out on some off roading. Nothing bad really, I just want to be able to put more back there while off roading. Any easyish fix without changing too much?

How much weight are you carrying?

Inexpensive route is going with an AAL or Mini Pack.

If you have the $$, full leaf pack.

Probably need to update the leaf pack or add a 3 Leaf Progressive Leaf Pack.

Not sure really. If I had to guess 300lbs in and over the bed. I just want to find something that is compatible and doesn't change too much about the truck. Full leaf pack is totally an option.

What's to dislike actually? The truth? Doesn't the Pro come with a different leaf pack as well?

No. Same stuff. Do you really expect the soft suspension when loaded down to not bottom out when you are pushing it? It will ride like shit unloaded then.

For that kind of over inflated money I would expect better that's all. Point being buy an Off Road or a Sport and build it 10x's better than they are ripping people off for. Hell the Front Shocks aren't even adjustable, so $3,300.00 for what? The name FOX on it? Shame on Toyota for ripping people off with this Pro stuff, same basic UCA's, same basic leaf springs. So all that extra money for what? Door badges, and leather? OP would be better off with Bilstein 6112's and rear 5160's with a 3 leaf Progressive AAL than what it came with.

Sad how Toyota still puts the junk leaf packs in the Pros.

Exactly it should come from the Factory with something like an All Pro, or Dakars, or even an ICON 3 Leaf Progressive AAL.

Toyota probably spec'd the rear springs and shocks to soak up bumps with an empty bed.

For what it's worth, the Ford Raptor was also done this way. Payload capacity on the 1st gen Raptor was just 920 lb, on a full-size pickup.
