Wouldn't mind adding FarOutDoors (Instagram) to the list of groups/supporters. Looking to grow this (cars n coffee for all offroad vehicles + mtn bike outings, camping trips, etc.) during 2018. Any and all exposure to our group and others like Jeeps, rally cars, etc. will help spread the word.

Jackee did say that the area in the trees is simply visitor parking; that's for the non-worthy. I ought to make an "official map" to hand out to everyone coming in at the next C&C. Our area is (of course) the Taco Town Tailgate. The oldies we'll send to "Classic Corner." Modern and classic muscle cars will go toward the bottom of the hill. Exotics will go just to the east of us. Import tuners will have to park next to the sponsors so they have to behave themselves. Honda Goldwings can just turn themselves around and proceed to fucking off, or park in visitor parking and behave like normal people. Really bizzaro vehicles like that dropped and chopped Dodge dually can park right in front of us so we get the best pictures. The trick is to do with acting like we have the authority to do it. I've gotten away with sooooo much shit that way.

BTW, police participation is growing. Concordia has its own Sheriff's department, and the Travis county popo will still be coming. With controlled access and exit, there will be no "mustang-based shenanigans." And if there are...well, they can't hide.

I'm asking if the new showrunners will also allow drones. We're not next to McSnootyville anymore, and the Oasis can't bitch about it.

New rule: there will be no "cruising" of the show lot in any motor vehicle (cars, trucks, or motorcycles). You will enter and you will park. Cruising will be done on foot. Electric personal conveyances will be permitted (wheelchairs, scooters, hoverboards, etc). I expect we'll see a shitload more RC cars, and that's fine.

Again, I don't see any rules against bacon-themed (or inspired) shenanigans.

    Things are definitely looking up!

It looks good man. I have the same grill and badly want to eliminate the Chrome on it. I think i'm going to give this a try since I've already plasti-dipped a bunch of other stuff on my rig.

Go ahead. Just so long as you're not cruising the lot playing bad music, have a great time.

    BTW...

Just a few. Being an old fart that didn't spend every dime he made works out okay after all.

No lie. I love not having a mortgage, though these property taxes go way out of their way to make up for it!

I swear to God I saw a pretty nice looking Taco at the 1431/Parmer WalMart that had the fake Buick ports on the front fenders. I sprained my neck from vigorous shaking of the head...

The Limited T4R and the Lexus RX350 are great examples of how to use chrome properly. I don't think it has a place on most vehicles though.

I didn't't like the large plastic looking chrome bar that was on my stock front bumper but other than that the small details seem to look good on the vehicle.

Agreed. I don't know why they didn't do the bumper stripping in the same color as the rest of the vehicle. I think it was exclusiv3ely to make the Limited look different from any of the others.

There's a Taco that goes west on 1431 through Round Rock and CP that is all dressed in that stick on chrome shit. One day, I'll get a pic.
