I guess so.....along with 100% of the dash assemblies made by 100% of the automotive manufacturers in the last 30 or 40 years.

Yes use a feeler gauge or a thin plastic piece to reach in between the blanks and to panel to release the catches and they pop out. I'm saying this thinking they're the same as in a '12-'15 Idk if they are or not TBH. If they are you can get CH4x4 small Toyota push switches to fill the slots. If they're different then hell I don't know.

It’s a pain in the ass but I did it. You can remove the center console and the AC controls and it helps.

If you use a butter knife or something thin enough, you wont mess up the edges where the buttons go when popping them out. Do not have to go through the whole center console removal if you don't mind the possibility of getting a scratch or two like the above posters

There's plenty of room to run your wires out the back of the console and up under the dash

Sorry but not setting it up for your personalisation is not a design flaw.

Not to mention, who cares if you can pop them out if you can’t get back there to run wires.

Love the idea of screwing a screw in and pulling it out then snake a long zip tie through to pull your switch wires, no console disassembly needed.
