My wife said the best thing would be to call the Mesa distract and talk to Kelly she’s in charge of the special use permits.

A 5? Uhhhhhh. I hope pockets are a little deeper than that. You can barely get a meal at a fast food place for $5. I expect bbq to be a little more.

...this is why I said these things should be quarterly instead of annually.

This is taking a quarter to plan. Nobody said nothing else every happens. There are at least a dinner meet or 2 every month. Often Trail Runs and camping trips very regularly.

If you would like to plan these quarterly, by all means be my guest. Thus far I've seen absolutely nothing from you about volunteering to help with any aspect of this event.

"Donations" will be as follows (also in first post and have been for a few days):

    $20 per truck (mandatory donation)
    -Vendor Swag Bag
    -Event Info Packet
-ID Stickers (If its in the budget)/Event Stickers
    -Lunch for 2
-1 Play in the Poker Run
    -Raffle Ticket

$10 For an extra poker run play
$5 for each additional BBQ Ticket
$3 for each raffle ticket or 4 for $10 (bigger donated items)

If shirts happen they will be $10, still working on this.

I like the 3 ideas you picked out for excess funds. That keeping it local to the NF is a good idea as this is the place hosting the event. You might want to ask the rep if there are any unfunded projects that the excess can help finish. New latrine, campsite improvements, etc. would be good to know where the money went rather than just donated.

I like the adopt a trail idea the best rather than general fund to the NF.
