I do too, and I need to explore this option a bit more. I think this would be by far the coolest option if we could make it work.

Someone tagged me earlier and I got an email and that put this thread back into my watchlist. But that's not really important now is it, you have a big event to plan. Busy busy!

 

Sorry, but myself and the other people that are working diligently to make this event happen don't need to deal with or listen to opinions from people that aren't going to attend. Pretty simple, but I dont expect someone who is unwilling to put a sticker on their truck for 6 hours to understand.

Why take it to PMs? You apparently think that I (and everyone else) want to listen to your opinions on an event that you have already said you wont be attending. Didn't seem like you really wanted much of a "private" conversation. If you want to post stupid shit, why not post it where everyone can read it? It will be great publicity for your quarterly events.

I'll tell you straight up, if you cant come, your opinions mean absolutely nothing to me and you have no reason to continue to add your negative clutter and bullshit to this thread. End of story.

Haven't heard from enough people yet, but my vote would definitely go towards the Adopt a Trail.

 

I have no problem donating funds, and will for sure buy a shirt if they are made. As far as the extra funds, all the options sound good to me. Getting pumped for this event!

I think the prizes will be mostly smaller for the Poker run, but ideally a lot of them. Then the bigger stuff we will do in the raffle so its totally random but also gives us the chance to potentially raise a little more money cuz I'm really digging the donation ideas

and it gets us brownie points for future events in the Tonto NF.

FYI, I did offer free lunch to any and all NFS employees working in the area that day.

 

How much food does the additional BBQ Ticket get? I get pretty hungry

Hey cliff, do you need a screen printer for the shirts? I have a good friend that manages a screen print shop over by asu. I can talk to him about shirts if you have an idea of what you want. Number of colors, size, number of sides etc., oh and quantity

 

Will there be corn flakes on the Mac and cheese. If not then I might change my mind
