:fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:. I’d happily play the shipping though.rather than buy new springs, or try to make a Frankenstein pack by adding a leaf.

As long as your bed is always loaded down you will love the Expos. I had Expos for a few years when I had my bedrack and RTT. They performed great.

Tent bedbars and sliders might still be over sprung but I’d rather be over then under

I have the EXACT setup as you and thought I was the only one with this problem of having no clearance..... I called all pro and they kind of beat me around the bush .. Looking for a shackle flip and trying to unwarranty it.
And it has been this way since I installed them, I think they forgot to arch the springs.

Is anybody actually having problems with the Expo leaf pack or just the standards? I have a set of Expos on order and now I'm wondering if I need to cancel and go to Dakars. I carry around 300 lbs daily driving and maybe 600-800 lbs when I camp and wheel it.

I got a set of Expo 2.0s for the limited time they sold them. I got them because I carry a little more weight than most and the springs are crap. With just my truck vault and a CBI rear bumper with tire and rotopax they are nearly flat. Honestly, I think they gave me a set of normal expos but they keep telling me they are the 2.0s.

Op, I love my expo leafs, I've had them loaded down with well over 500 lbs before and still had plenty of up travel. Unloaded they are a bit stiff but I've come to appreciate that. They still flex well unloaded or not. In Tucson too if you ever need a hand

I have Dakars with the AAL. I carry over 500 pounds nearly full time. Much more on trips or when working and/ or towing. I had to add spacers up front because I had too much rake in the rear. I have to REALLY load her down to see any sag. Rides great on road too. I drive a lot of shitty roads and passengers often comment on how nice my truck rides.

Edit: my measurements are 25" center of hub to fender in rear and 23.5" up front (I have a 1/2" body lift on the cab).

Dakars are a great option if all you care about is load carrying. I had them for over 2 years and carried loads from 100 up to over 1000 lbs with them. They served me well and are a work horse leaf spring. The only downside to Dakars is that due to the fewer number of leafs and the thickness of the leafs and overload leafs they have they do not flex as well as a spring with fewer, thinner leafs does such as all pro, deaver, or atlas type leaf packs. When I first put my all pros on (with the same shocks as my Dakars) I was blown away at the difference in ride quality. It is much better for my type of driving (probably doesn't make a big difference in low speed type crawling).

If all pro had the weight carrying part of their springs figured out they would have a stellar product.

Did they give you a invoice or something when they sent out? They told me Friday but I haven’t heard from them. Emailed Friday and today with no response

So did you pay shipping to send them back as well? That’s really shitty if they sold you a leaf pack and told you it would work, it doesn’t. Then they say oh well you need this pack and have to pay shipping for the new one and to send yours back. Looks like I won’t shop with All Pro.

No they said they would send me a label for the returned ones... I think I just paid shipping on the replacement ones. It was a wash for me. If I would have bought a new pack somewhere else I would have been out the money. the shipping cost is basicly the price difference from the standards to the expos. They didn’t charge me the price difference.
