does anyone have any local recommendations for either a ceramic costing or vinyl wrap to help protect the paint from pinstriping.

totally a valid point, but the truck bed is an easy fix... I could go pick up a Northern Tool / Harbor Freight Trailer and just pull that behind whatever....

but for now, I'm just gonna keep the truck and the Prius

You know where the temp sensor is located? Maybe mine is touching something that is affecting the readings. Mine runs consistently warmer than actual temps.

 

And we are back on "flip my car" the only show where flipping your car could mean two things. For those that weren't tracking at home, Caleb aka @Me. Projekt had thrown out a hypothetical zinger that got the show all stirred up. Coming off a fresh retirement run, he was "thinking" of selling his pretty decently modded truck. While he violently denied that he was actually selling his truck...using that classic Johhny Cochran line "if the glove don't fit you must acquit" he has been able to sway some of the judges to be on his side.....we are still skeptical at flip my ride, but it seems for now....this was just a ploy to get us to 2000 pages. We will be watching closely...cause just like OJ lightning does strike twice...and we will get our chance to see Caleb FLIP HIS RIDE.

and I'd like to think this FORUM is Tacoma related, but this THREAD is because we all have established a base level of friendship and it doesnt really matter what kind of vehicle we drive... I could be wrong though

Yeah i meant thread, oops. Seeing the pics of the trucks on the snowy trail made me think of my first wheeling adventure in the taco. Made for a heavy heart. Ill get another one some day.
