Greetings,
Yes there is a amateur radio VE exam session on December 14th at the Westchester County fire training center 4 Dana Rd Valhalla,NY. The session starts at 7:00 PM and all exams will be given. Please bring two forms of identification, one being a photo ID. If you currently have a amateur radio license please bring a copy of your license. The copy will be sent to the ARRL with the test papers. The exam cost is $15.00. When you pass the exam you can take the next level exam at no additional cost during the same test session. If you had a license that is expired over two years bring a copy or proof and you may regain your old class license priviliges upon completion of the tech. exam. Please park up the hill on Walker Rd. there is a large lot on the right, walk down the stairs past the trailers where you will see an entrance to the building on the right. We are usually in class room #3. They lock the front door at night.
