No problem man! My truck is scheduled to be built this week so it may be a few weeks until I can report back. I met another TW member a few weeks ago that lives here in Scottsdale as well that pretty much has the same setup on his 2017. He took me out in his truck and I can tell you first hand that it's pretty damn awesome! You should check out his build page, his truck is impressive.

Yes, someone posted some facts from Toyota regarding why your vehicle will not operate correctly with this technology when lifted. Of course the experts here with zero engineering background and zero facts all say the opposite , so it ended as usual.

Just rereading this post which was simply made with the intention of possibly being helpful. Why I was repeatedly called names for this is beyond me. It's unfortunate that it had to escalate the way it did.

I would say these are why VVVVV you implied everyone that modifies their truck are foolish and/or idiots, look again you called names first bud. Post 177 was the first time anyone else used "idiot" and that was AFTER you started the names

TSS IMO will not be effected by a lift, even still you should be able to shut it off to no ill effect on insurance, having it did not make my insurance any cheaper, I had it on my 12 charger RT and it was so fking annoying I shut it off and left it off, it beeps so distractingly loud and never saved me or kept me from smashing someone in traffic ext. Just don't text and drive, pay the fck attention and you will be fine. Not to mention the adaptive cruise control don't work for shit either, I had to always cancel the cruise or slow it down my self, don't really work like advertised. Who knows maybe the tech has gotten better.....but I rerally don't want my vehicles computer smashing my brakes for me lol

I'm in a rental 2018 Camry with TSS this week for work, and I'm doing a lot of freeway driving. Adaptive Cruise is the real deal! I set it at 75 and it applies brakes when necessary and speeds up as soon as the opportunity arises! It keeps me at a uniform distance from the car in front of me. It's an amazing system!

I haven't had a chance to put many miles on my 2018 Taco, but I have no reason to think it won't work the same.

Yes I did join in and yes I feel bad about it. My only intention was to hopefully help someone from ruining their warranty and at least think that maybe Toyota was saving them from that possibility. I'm not sure why people were offended by it and resorted to name calling. My reply escalated the whole thing which was unfortunate.
