Some online exchanges give you your keys along with some apps for iPhone. But I’m pretty sure that the exchange/wallet has to specifically say that they will give you the fork. Otherwise it’s gone. Idk if Ledger will be supporting all the forks.

    Not Enough.
    So quick and dirty example:

(Already have some BTC on Binance, so I'm just using them for an example.)

    1. Find out if Binance supports the fork.

    2. If they do, just don't do anything (unless I want to put in more BTC so I get more Super BTC).

    3. Fork happens.

    4. I now suddenly have equal parts BTC and Super BTC.

    5. See what happens with newly acquired Super BTC.

    6. Profit?

    That simple?

Did you enter them in the same order for all 3 attempts?
When I did it, it failed the first time. Then I reversed the order and it worked.

    35% QASH
    35% LTC
    20% SALT
    10% FUN

Percentages are based off initial investment, not market value lol. All my alts are doing mediocre during this bull run. However, I believe in the projects and will hold.

(traded ETH for more QASH few days ago)

Alright so this is going to be a very basic sort of "get the feet wet" type thing. First off Im still new to it so by no means an expert...but ive got the basics pretty well :)

So first you need to pick what to mine. Lots to choose on that aspect. www.whattomine.com is a decent site to get general idea on what to mine. It doesn't have your card specifically though. But you can test out different miners and see hash rates and manually enter them in. Or just search for your card and currency.

Second you need to pick a "pool" to mine to. Basically a pool groups together a bunch of people. It spreads out the work so instead of just you working you are sharing the work load. The main thing to know is most pools will have fees. Generally the bigger the pool the more stable it is (uptime), the more miners it will have, and most importantly...the higher the fee. A small pool will have a smaller few to attract people to it. A large pool will have higher fee (nanopool has like 1% fee)

Also a big thing to consider is the minimum payout from a pool. When you mine you basically mine for the pool. So when the pool discovers say a ETH the pool owner get the ETH. They split that ETH into however many people were mining for it and their rates and all that. But you don't get that portion automatically. A lot of pools have a minimum payout requirement. For instance Monero nanopool right now has a minimum payout of 1XMR. Whereas another pool might have a payout of .3 XMR. Kind of important as you have older equipment currently and it will take a while to get to a payout.

Third you need somewhere for you currency to go. Research a wallet. ALSO research how you can transfer that currency to others. Some currencies are only on some exchanges.

Fourth is picking your miner. I like Claymore Miner as I found it super simple to use and was up and running in less than 10 minutes (for a basic setup mind you). Just know the miner apps also take a fee generally. Seems 1-2% is normal.

And fifth...understand this will be a long term type deal for you with just your single older card. Its going to make profit everyday (or should) but it might take 1-3 months before you get a payout depending on what you mine.

    So TDLR
    -determine what to mine
    -determine a pool you like
    -determine your wallet
-pick a miner and set it up
-monitor things and wait to get a payout

Hope that helps. Tried to keep it simple and short.

And hopefully you see this since this thread is moving fast with omg look at the price now posts :)
