Well we got to do max height box jumps today, been a while so I have been wanting to do it. Old PR was 48.5" New PR 51". I almost got 52.5", had both feet on, but just couldnt balance it. Then we did:

    8 mins:
    800m run
    21 KB swings 53lbs
    10 power cleans 95lbs
burpees (burpees count as your score)

    I got 34

Also, the guy that qualified for regionals hit 485lbs on his squat, I would like to think it was because of my awesome spotter skills (on the left)

    Today:

    AMRAP

    5 Handstand Pushups
    10 KB Swings (35lb)
    20 Double Unders
    -------------------------
9 Total Rounds and 4/5 Handstand pushups.

Overall I'm pretty happy. The handstand pushups went well. Did quite a few over the whole wod w/o any assitance (aka: touching my heels to the wall.)
