Maybe I’m old. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll get stiffed or if it’ll just arrive eventually. Meh. It is what it is. I am excited to send to my SS though!

This is my first Christmas in AZ, we decided not to blow a ton of money on a tree or decorations as we are very simple and don’t need much. But I did have an idea to just stack boxes and it can be our temporary “tree”. Boyfriend laughed and agreed to it, so I consider that a win. He’s okay with me not wrapping his stuff either. Another win!

Gift finally showed up from Amazon. Holy crap it took awhile. Went and bought a local item yesterday.

Shipped out to my giftee today. Should arrive by Friday if the trusty carrier pigeon doesn't get lost.

I used a variegated pattern on the cuts before I glued them, so the sections aren't the same all the way around (each section is narrower or larger depending on which side you look at) and I'm not sure yet if I like it more or less than keeping them regular all the way around. :notsure: If I change my mind I'll probably turn up another one
