    Just keep searching and waiting. The good deals go quick, but they are out there. I found color matched for $500, but I had to drive 2.5 hours each way. Two weeks later, a color match popped up 45 minute away for $300.

    A thing or two...
    Temp sensors are typically in the grill. I'm not sure where it is exactly.

    If you have an aftermarket/extended warranty it maybe covered.

    Just keep it topped off and you'll be fine.

    That's not a horrible price. The dealer charges $1500-2000+. The R&P has been replaced twice in my truck.

    The ambient air temperature sensor for the Tacomas that have temperature readouts is usually located on the vertical cross member bar between the grill and the radiator. My ScanGuage reads ambient air temperature from the air intake. It is usually 10 degrees warmer than what ambient air temperature reads
