Now that you guys have been talking leaf packs, I replaced mine about a year ago. Decided to check because I couldn't remember what I had. It's Dakkars with 8 leaf. Six on top and 2 lower. It rides a little stiff but I needed the capacity for work.

I got my undercoating done at Brimell Toyota. Spoke to the service manager and the mechanic ahead of time to spray only the frame. Basically stood under the lift and pointed to the mechanic where to spray. This is the same stuff they use for the frame rust campaign minus the etchant. They do a much better job when you pay $200 out of pocket...

I don't want them spraying inside doors where the goop can gum up window regulators. Also, upgraded suspension parts like exposed shock shafts and uniballs would suffer if contaminated.

I still have stock leafs that I'm going to replace next year (either Wheelers/Alcan or Icon RXT), probably will just go full Icon RXT stage 1.

Gotcha, that makes sense. The toyota undercoating is only external they do not spray it inside anywhere, so that was not a concern for me. They did not spray my front shocks shaft, that is exposed behind the coil. They did coat my entire upper control arm which I was ok with since I have SPC LR uppers with the sealed ball joint.

They also did the entire back suspension, the rear billies have a shroud around the shaft so its all good.

When I got my truck I had the dealership do their rust proof, I wasn't too impressed by it.
I went and got it done at corrosion free about a month ago...I thought that guy did a good job, thorough.

de-badged, tint front windows, led interior lights, door sill protectors, led b/up lights, 5" factory step rails, yellow turn signal bulbs, added 4 D ring tie downs. Took off the black vinyl stripes between the doors. Changed the grill - from Custom Car Grills, Finally got a tonneau cover put on. 31" light bar ( white & amber ), tailgate light bar, sunvisor covers ( to hide warning labels ), new bedside decals - still too cold to put them on tho. Flag decals to go on too, again too cold still. Got a 2 switch, switch plate to replace that useless cubby hole to the left of the steering wheel.. still to be installed ( hopefully this weekend ). Upgraded the tires to G/Y Duratracs... loving them, no plowing the driveway !!
What problems do you have with Bolton...

Bring in any Brass Monkeys, tonite that you might have left outside.... It's going down around -20C... and some wind chill.

Terrible experience there. They kept upping the price from on the one they originally told me then tried to charge me on the accessories that were on it. The truck was being driven by there service manager. The number I was originally told to the number at the end was 10, 000 more
