I’m not a fan of the skinny tires. Just looks funny to me. Here’s a BFG AT KO2 in a 265/75R16.

Nope! Bone stock. I fit 285/70R16’s on stock. The 265’s will fit fine.

Well then, I guess I'm sold on 265/75/16's. Now just need to figure out best way to set odometer/speedo-I'm super precise about that stuff

@Stefan_Ray yea they are....bro you a Cooper sales Representative? Lol

I was just thinking to make another new thread.....Sideshot Specs...and have people only submit sideshots with tire/wheelspecs. It's like the first thing every freaking taco owner wants to do.

No, not a Cooper representative. Just a big fan. As I said before, I’ve run Nitto, BFG, Goodyear, Toyo, Falken.....Coopers are where it’s at. Best damn tires out there. True Story!

To anybody that has gone from the silver alloys to the dark satins.....were you able to straight swap with the tpms? My friend just picked up a 2017 with the dark satins. Luckily they don't care much for the wheels so we're trading!

    I believe alloys use a 20 degree TPMS p/n 42607-06030. Steel wheels use a 40 degree tpms p/n 42607-04020.

    You should be fine.

Would I even have to pull them off or can they just reprogram the swapped sensors?

@chrisonfire They can just straight up sawp and have them reprogrammed.

My discount tire did it for $20 for each vehicle, I swapped my silver alloys for the black TSS edition wheels though.

If you guys are swapping tires and wheels without dismounting the tires the dealer can take their TPMS reading tool, scan and write down the new ID codes of the TPMS sensors from your friends wheels.
Then use Techstream on your truck to delete your old ID's and write his in.
