My truck is almost put together and I have no wheels.

 

I need 35's. That is what the truck is geared for. I have a used set of 35x12.5x16, but no wheels. I would prefer 15's though. Hoping to come up on some 16x8" steelies until I splurge for a new set of 15" tires and steelies.

 

37's would also work and I should have plenty of clearance for them. I just prefer 15's.

The stock guys... I don’t know if they’d fit, backspace wise and what not. Just collecting dust in my garage.

 

Lol. As a matter of fact, I do. A set of 5 35x12.5x16 tires and one 16x8 method wheel that would only be good as a spare.

I lost that wheel my last time at Ocotillo while driving because the lug nuts came out and the holes are slightly out of round.

 

Running a 12.5" wide tire on anything less than an 8" wheel would be a bit risky.

 

The wheel is still round. It is a few of the lug nut holes that are not. I will take pics tomorrow and text them to you if I remember. Tapered lug nuts would work.

 

I might just keep the wheel as my spare. I am cutting it close on finances to make the truck mobile by King of the Hammers. Wheels and tires should be my last big expense.
