My Toyota Care is almost up and was thinking of extending it. What should I expect to pay?

Depends on how long you extend it.

I looked into it with my corolla and if I recall it wasn't really worth it.

And check the Fine Print as when they offered it to me, I had my book on me and said you do all the 30k and 45k stuff he said yup. I said even the diff fluids and plugs, he said ohhhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooo that's extra. So all you will get is more oil changes and tire rotations.
