    No intention of replacing him at this moment. We will let the controller regulate budget/provide us with info on where we are money wise. Department heads will answer to specific board members and/or committees. Controller and 4 department heads run the show. We save $177,000 on salary. This will open up 4 or 5 skilled positions to hire help that actually does something instead of being top heavy with managers.

    In 37 days, it's got smoother, friendlier, more efficient, and we're saving money. Board happy/Employees happier. This isn't rocket science.
