Doing what exactly? My girlfriend was working for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Carl June's lab. She did more project management, but she would get in the lab as well. Look up a YouTube video called fight fire with fire (I think that's the name) It's about a girl named Emily Whitehead.

They were taking the HIV virus and reengineering it to attack cancer cells rather than good cells. Then they would infuse the patients with it. This was done as a last resort. Patients had to be off all chemo and were basically on their last leg. No lie, within a week or so of the infusion, the cancer started going away. I believe Emily was "cancer free" inside of a week iirc.

Novartis had Penn build them a building and now basically run the show over there. I THINK they bought the rights or whatever people do in the medical world.

I may have been slightly off. I have zero background in the medical field. They might not have been using HIV, but i think they were doing something with the virus. Krystle (my lady) would rattle off a bunch of stuff and only bits and pieces stuck in my head. Anyway, here's the video. https://youtu.be/pTQuZ2hWa-0

Also, Lloyd if you want to look up my girls published stuff, her name is Krystle Karoscik. She's now working with neurodegenetive disorders at Harvard.

Pretty common around here when people put the winter set on their jacked up truck/jeep mallcrawlers and don't have the money to have a winter set the same size lol obviously winter tires are pretty expensive, and imo a narrower tire is better on snowy/icy roads. I put back 245's on my truck for winter. 265's for summer.
it happened to a few times. Turned out being the ebrake cable hard "cover", right at the drums, were cracked, and all the crap and water from the road was getting in and freezing during the night. Happened also when I backed up the boat in the water and then parked the truck for 3 days with the ebrake lol no bueno!

Yeah I read about this! Killing cancer cells with trained HIV! Sounds scary but I bet it's better than chemo and radiation, I don't have a single organ working at 100% because of chemo and radiation

USDA Choice. Same quality as Costco. I had the butcher partially slice along the bone and tie the roast. I'll unwrap the plastic wrap this weekend, dry rub outside and inside, re-tie, re-wrap and let it age a few days in the fridge,

I got a 46% off coupon, which brought the price down to $4.77 per pound. Score!

I bought mine for same $4.77/pound (after discount), but didn't have to buy a 20 pound whole side of beef to get that price like @phx13. LOL.

That's a common occurrence in cold weather regions.

Just don't use the parking brakes.

All skiers/snowboarders/winter sports peeps know this. :boink:
