Hi, Thanks for reading..I have a question? I have a 6' inch pro comp lift with 35' tires and 17in wheels and wanted to downsize and go small... can I go and buy the 3' lift and new tires and wheels? what is my best option and cheapest way of downsizing? Of course I will try to sell my 6inch lift to save $. You input is greatly appreciated :) what do i need do/buy to accomplish this...can i still use my 17inch wheels but get smaller tires? help

I think you will have to cut out the pro comp cross member. A lot of work. You can still use the same rims if the back spacing it correct.

IIRC, crossmember is only cut for the 4x4s.

OP, you can run up to 285/70/17s on a 3" lift w/ some trimming or up to 315/70/17s with trimming and the body chop mod. 3" lifts look good w/ 285s to fill it all out
