13 lbs? Doesn't seem too heavy. How much does a hi-lift weigh? All I know is the hi-lift is about as fun to carry as a dead body.

Will this unit work in a horizontal fashion?

The hi-lift has around 35" of lift, so this might be a deal killer for some.

I could find lots of uses for it besides using it for recovery.

Order one and I'll send you a Jack in the Box gift card for a breakfast Jack to go with your antenna topper! ;) lol

A 48" Hi-Lift weighs at least 30-lbs. I was thinking the same thing about other uses besides recovery. I've reached out to Radflo about the horizontal usage.
