    Actually 2 times before. 1st post no offers...My previous top 3 offers fell through. Either they said they wanted to purchase it and didnt respond when I tried to exchange shipping and payment details and/or didnt have the funds when push came to shove.

    I now have 1 offer from this post that I am working with.
