Did you do any sanding ...?

Are the rest of the body lines perfect? Like at the cab?

I would say trim/sand more but if the rest of the glass is lined up well, then yeah that just sucks. My first set up bedsides were like that... second set from a different company had no issues.

Some of the tabs on my rear glass where missing so I had to make a whole new mounts under the glass just to attach my tail lights.
    I have fiberwerx.

I've made this argument many times n here, if they did this shit to a car guy running a wide body kit he'd go ape shit.

But that's why the ones I got from roadrunner got cut in half with a saw.

Cut in half? You're trimming wrong lol but seriously every brand is hit or miss it seems... my roadrunner fit perfectly with very very little trimming, had them mounted in a half hour to an hour tops.

Also truck guys would go ape shit if our glass cost as much as body kits, I agree they should figure something out though.

The glass they sent me already had cracks and holes in it and HUGE air bubbles from the day it was delivered and when I talked to road runner they said to "destroy" them if I wanted a refund

So I cut them in half with a saw

    I very much enjoyed it

Hey, im just wondering, i got an 08 ac want to lift it for 35s but dont want to run rims bigger than 16. Would a lt kit alow me to do it? I looked at total chaos n camburg. Like them booth but rather cut n fab my fenders than running glass. Also would be using emu spring under with 600 pound over springs. Would either work without glass? They booth are about the price if a 6 inch lift. Btw i had bad luck with body lift n spring spacers. So booth are out of the picture.

Any reason I shouldn't put my rear bump stops on the inside of the frame. I would make new strike pads of course

Is it true from what i heard is the 2 inch lift limit wheel travel i offroad my trucks often. And need full suspension travel. Took the 08 to the iron range last weekend and wanted more from her. Thinking bigger tires n regear n better suspension would help.

If you are a mall crawler Long travel is a waste of money to fit 35's
If you beat on your truck long travel could be a good option depending on how much offroad use your truck sees. But still do the full price calculations on the build before you make your decision and see if that's something you're ready to sign on for

Yup. My driver side is just like that and the passenger the opposite. Sadly not much you can do because of how the bed sides set into place back there unless you want a project cutting and reshaping.
I cut the original part of the steel bedsides off that the lights and tail gate hardware originally attached to and that sucked the glass bedsides in tighter.
