Truck still has warranty, hopefully I can get this covered. Dude at the dealership was talking about TSB's for leaky front diff until he saw my truck. Then he's all "it may not be covered because your front bumper affects the axle...". I laughed in his face.

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
I’d be curious as to his explanation. Shit is getting ridiculous.

Do you have a mig? If so go grab a no loss chuck and fill them with your argon tank.

Plenty of threads on DR and P4x4 about it.

    http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/gene...003-charge-shocks-argon-instead-nitrogen.html

"I just called my guy at Sway-A-Way and asked why nitogen and here was the response:

"you can run any kind of dried gas in our shocks, we just stress NOT to use compressed air because of the moisture content, it will destroy the shocks. the only reason we recommend nitogen is its generally the cheapest""

Because of added front end weight? Bullshit! Axle never see's weight it's a IFS. So when you load up a bunch of friends an go for a cruise this is what will happen. And it would be your normal use of the trucks fault? Fuck you! You said there's a TSB dipshit.

    Interesting. Thanks for the link.

Although one guys says argon heats up faster than nitrogen. But I imagine you’d have to cycle the shock a lot (*and quickly) to notice.

I cant tell any difference on my friends kings that I filled with argon. But he isnt running KOH either. At this point after trying and reading a shit ton of threads on DR and pirate I have no qualms about it.

If you need your shocks filled, Daves Offroad has a setup. Or at least they did at one point.

    Ok thanks.

I have access to argon too. I’m definitely going to look into this.
