    Some people say it comes from the factory with the wrong grease and that you can add your own. Its a great little winch. But @tacoma16 and I upgraded all the wiring to a size up and relocated the solenoid to inside the engine bay

    Also I noticed @Tridet167 you have stuff on order from Core. Make sure you get your shit. A few members had some issues with Nate not delivering on products. Im sure the ones he makes are delivered at a more timely matter (or actually delivered). Just something to note.

    Funny you should mention that.
    I became aware of him a little late.
    So after snapping at him last weekend, he tells me to come this weekend for sure to get things installed. This morning I text asking what time tomorrow and there is no reply until I ask again hours later. Usually when that happens I know there's an excuse coming. This is what he said, "FML On my way to Cambridge to pick up stuff for a customer and my F'n trans just failed and gave out again for the 3rd time. JANGO is dead in the water.........Oye Veh"
    My response to him was I wanted my money refunded today. He said he can't until Monday. So I gave him until Monday and said that if I don't get it Monday then I'll call police and do what I need to get my money back.
    I'm surprised no one has created a sticky on the Canadian section with a warning. It's insane.

    I know what you mean. I don't want to make things hard on the guy but if you you take someone's money for a product then supply the product in a reasonable time. I'm trying and have given him so many breaks and each time there is an excuse as to why it can't happen this weekend or that weekend.
    Few weeks ago he said he could do the sliders and compressor. I just said I would wait and get it all done. That was 3 weeks ago. Just now I text and asked what he could install tomorrow? He replied he can't until 3 or 4pm. I then say I'll come at 3 so what can you install? He says "BRB".
    Are you kidding me? I have worked with him as much as I could but there is nothing on his end. He will never deliver in my eyes now so it's done.
    Create a sticky with a warning to proceed with caution. You don't have to bad mouth the guy.

    The wiring that comes with a winch is only 2 gauge. It can only handle so many amps for so long. When relocating the solenoid your lengths get longer. By upsizing your allowing the winch to get the amps it needs without the resistance which causes heat. Less heat means less chance of a fire. Fire bad.
