    What's the low down on a Sunforce 650W Pro Series Pure Sine Wave? I don't think I should go much larger until I go to dual batteries. Even then, I don't want to max out the alternator.

    Most likely the same as any other Asian PSW inverter in that price range--they rip each other's designs off too. Quality control is the major issue with these sorts of things--I went through four cheap inverter welders before I got one that was OK...

    Good to hear, thanks. The dealer is local & stands behind whatever they sell. If I gotta use wing nuts for the first while, I don't mind. What about other communications gear when running an inverter like a ham or CB setup. Are there any shielding or noise issues. I need to sort this out. Like a measure twice & cut once thing. Your thoughts please?

    @cliffyk That's some good information here! Would you recommend using a pure sine inverter to charge a macbook, DSLR/DSLM and drone batteries instead of the Tacoma inverter? If I remember right, apple macbooks prefer pure sine and batteries usually last longer when charged with a pure sine compared to modified sine. Would love to hear your opinion.
