The automation question has always been a question for me. Not much is hand made anymore which makes you wonder why the prices are so high for things like CRK knives.

    What haven’t I changed?
I got my first edc knife yesterday. Spyderco Native 5 fluted titanium.

I know it’s quite expensive to really be an edc (even at the “sale” price I got), but as soon as I saw it I just had to have it. I work at home anyway so it’s not likely to go wandering off.

Come to think of it, I did see an Australia address and phone number on their website once.

It’s next to a ZT. Overall, it’s a decent knife. Well constructed. The blade lock is a bit weird but I’ll figure it out.

The D2 steel would have been better if were something higher quality for the price.

It’s well built but small compared to me other folders. I’d put it in the “gentleman” category.

The imported Kershaws are great knives at a great price point, and much better than many other imports.

It remains sad nonetheless that this part is missing; but that's what happens when government gets out of control and sucks the life out of its own people:

That is where my First Kershaw came from too, It is a red chive with Snap on engraved on one side. Never used the knife but the wrenches still are in operation. :D

Ive lost a couple kershaws, one fishing and one weedeating...The one I lost fishing was the most disappointing since I only had it a day or two before I launched it into the water when I threw a cast net out...it hooked on my knife and into the water it went.

Any of you guys try the steelwill cutjack? Seems like its on back order everywhere. Currently have mine on backorder from knife center. I handled my dads and its an awesome knife for the price.

Blade wasn't perfectly centered So i took the knife apart cleaned up the washers and put it back together. Knife flips open easier now and the blade is centered. Who else likes taking their knives apart?
