My ac idle pulley was loose and jumped a tooth. Before i checked it out, it would whine extremely loud. After fixing the belt placement and tension, the truck will stay quiet at idle and while driving but once the engine heats up the truck will whine UNTIL I TURN THE AC ON. Its a bit chilly in AZ so im only using the heat but you can hear the compressor stop working and the whine slowly start to come on and i have an exhaust cutout. Has this happened to anyone else? do you think it may be the bearing? Im not really sure what to do do about it but its pretty damn annoying.

More than likely it's the idler bearing going bad

Your ac idler pulley has teeth?

Your compressor still spins when off, just when its on will introduce drag on the main fan pulley. I would almost suspect it to be a different belt/pulley making the noise? Have you checked ac and power steering belt tension? The accessory belts are easy to test, and remove so if you are still getting stumped, check the accessories and ac idler bearing. Another thing to note, as temperature here in az drops, the fan clutch has a viscous goo. It may be behaving differently due to the temps.

Can you confirm its the ac for sure?

haha my bed, i meant ribs.

Im sure its the AC, i can hear that hiss in my vents when the compressor is on and that's when the noise stops. All belts are tight, i do need to do a PS flush soon though. My cap fell off while wheeling and i guess it just rattled off?? I have no clue but i first thought it was my power steering but it makes no noise when i turn and since retightening all my belts the sound goes away UNTIL i hit 3k rpm

Ive ran into similar symptoms with aftermarket belts. Some are decent, but never had any issues with the OEM. What are you running?

Yessur, the toyo belts are just as cheap as the vato-zone belts as well. As for the caddy alternator, NICE. If it gives you any grief, try and get a goodyear or gates branded belt.

For sure! When I did my ac pully years ago, I found an industrial double sealed bearing at Arizona brake and clutch up off i17 between mcdowell/thomas.
